Dell Mini 1012 is Dells first Netbook that uses the latest Intel processors the Pine Trail Atom N450. Dell Mini 1012 is an upgraded and improved version of the Dell Mini 10V before. Some people who have used The Dell Mini 10v, said that Dells Mini 10v is quite impressive.
What about the Dell Inspiron Mini 1012 Netbook? Here are some things you liked and disliked about the Dell Inspiron Mini 1012 netbook:
- Memory is easy on the upgrade.
- 6 cell battery (last about 8 hours)
- Indicators for hard disk activity
- The plug from the rear
Things are less preferred:
- 2 color top and bottom, even the 3 colors, if the outside is not white.
- The bottom looks like a cheap.
- The back of beyond LCD. Located behind the LCD did not like the others (see picture)
- If the unit is closed, the rear is not sealed by the LCD.
- There is no eject button for the flash card. Cards are still prominent.
- VGA port, HDMI port instead of
- Webcam is too visible.
Dell Mini 1012 battery can last up to 8 hours for normal use.
